Pie Crust Workshop

Join us for an evening at With Flour for this hands-on workshop, we’ll walk through the foundations of pie making from start to finish, including dough mixing, rolling, crimping, filling, and baking tips to help you feel more confident creating pies at home. We’ll talk through seasonal ingredients, techniques, troubleshooting, and all the little details that make a truly beautiful pie.

Each guest will make their own Galette to take home and bake, along with leaving with recipes, tips, and the confidence to continue experimenting in their own kitchen.

  • Your own seasonal fruit galette to take home

  • Snacks and light bites during class

Wine, house beverages, and seasonal drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
