All are welcome to join us for a pop-up yoga practice taught by Isabel.
An opportunity to connect with your body and mind, this evening practice invites you to tap into the present through movement and breath. Isabel will guide you through a vinyasa yoga blend of strong standing poses and deep stretch positions, with hands-on assists available. This class is designed to meet you as you are, with ample modifications to make the flow as invigorating or relaxing as you wish.
Bring your own mats and blocks if you have them - some will be provided. Please inform us prior to attending if you will be needing a mat.
