Join us for an evening celebrating the beauty of seasonal produce, preserving, and all things pickled. This hands-on class is designed to feel less like a formal cooking lesson and more like gathering with friends around the table to learn something new together.
We’ll walk through the foundations of brining and preserving, talk about seasonal vegetables and flavor pairings, and guide you through creating your own jars of pickles to take home. Guests will have a variety of seasonal produce, herbs, and spices to choose from while learning techniques and recipes that can easily be recreated in your own kitchen.
Each guest will leave with:
Three jars of their own preserved pickles
A foundational understanding of pickling and preserving at home
Brine recipes and preservation tips to continue experimenting
Tickets also include a selection of pickle-inspired snacks and small bites throughout the evening.
Beverages, including house-made shrubs and other seasonal drinks, will be available for purchase.
