Position: Studio & Events Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Lynn, MA
Start Date: July 2025The Role:
We’re hiring a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to help manage the many moving parts of our business’s transition. This is a multifaceted position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, enjoys administrative work, and lights up when it comes to event planning and being part of a food-focused, community-driven business.Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support (emails, scheduling, client follow-ups, document organization)
Help manage and streamline the expansion process (task tracking, timelines, vendor coordination)
Support event logistics from planning to execution (sourcing, timelines, guest lists, setup & breakdown)
Be a warm, professional front-facing presence at community events, fundraisers, and pop-ups
Assist with organizing the retail and studio space (inventory, layout, sourcing materials)
Contribute ideas and creative problem-solving as we shape our growing business
Collaborate on social media strategy and content ideas; assist with scheduling and capturing content when needed
You Are:
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
A strong communicator, both in writing and in person
Excited to work in a flexible, ever-evolving small business environment
Able to multitask and pivot when needed
Enthusiastic about food, hospitality, and community building
Available for occasional evening/weekend events
Bonus Points If You Have:
Event planning or hospitality experience
Interest in or experience with design, merchandising, or creative work
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Adobe, or basic spreadsheets
Hours:
Part-time: 10–15 hours/week to start, with a lot of potential to grow

Start Date: August 2025The Role:
We’re seeking experienced (or eager-to-learn) servers who are passionate about food, enjoy creating welcoming spaces, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Our events are intimate, high-touch, and rooted in community—you’ll play a key role in setting the tone and making our guests feel genuinely cared for.Responsibilities:
Assist with setup and breakdown of events (tables, linens, food displays, etc.)
Serve food and beverages to guests with care, professionalism, and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and organized work environment during service
Work closely with the kitchen and event leads to ensure a smooth, efficient flow of service
Greet guests warmly and be a helpful, approachable presence throughout the event
Follow all food safety and handling procedures
Occasionally assist with bartending, bussing, or dishwashing, depending on event needs
You Are:
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
A team player with strong communication skills
Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing environments
Detail-oriented and proactive—you notice what needs to be done and do it
Excited about working in a food-centered, community-minded business
Available for evenings, weekends, and occasional weekday events
Nice to Have (but not required):
Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, or events
ServSafe or TIPS Certification
An interest in local food, sustainability, or small business hospitality

Start Date: August 2025We’re hiring a part-time Prep Cook or Chef to join us for catering jobs, special events, and pop-ups. This is a flexible, per diem role that’s perfect for someone who loves working with good ingredients and being part of a collaborative, creative kitchen. Experience is a plus—but if you’re a quick learner with a great attitude, we’re happy to train.
Responsibilities:
Support with prep work and menu execution on production days and day of the event.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space
Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
Occasionally assist with event setup, load-ins, and breakdowns
Work closely with the chef and service team to ensure smooth service
You Are:
Reliable, efficient, and comfortable in a kitchen environment
Curious and open to learning new skills
Able to take direction but also work independently when needed
Interested in working with seasonal, local ingredients
Comfortable lifting, moving, and being on your feet during shifts
Nice to Have (but not required):
Prior experience in a kitchen, bakery, or catering setting
Knife skills or knowledge of basic kitchen stations
ServSafe certification
Pay & Details:
Per diem / event-based scheduling
Pay is dependent on experience
