Ingredients & Sourcing
Our all-butter, flaky pie crust is what put us on the map! All pastry is made with organic butter, U.S.-grown heritage grains, pasture-raised eggs, and local produce.
Sizes
All pies are made in 9" tins unless otherwise noted. Some pies or tarts can also be made in our individual “cutie pie” size — a fan favorite.

Pumpkin
Spiced pumpkin custard, fresh whipped cream with a gingersnap crust.
Signature PIES
SEASONAL FRUIT
All butter double crust pie filled to the brim with the seasons freshest fruit. Options include: Strawberry Rhubarb, Peach, Wild Maine Blueberry, Apple, and Mixed Berry.
KEY LIME
Key lime custard, graham cracker crust, fresh whipped cream, finger limes and candied citrus.
WILD HONEY
Buttermilk honey custard made with local honey in a flaky butter crust.
CHOCOLATE CREAM
Creamy chocolate custard, chocolate cookie crust, fresh whipped cream, shaved chocolate. (Coffee cream mousse option.)
COCONUT CREAM
Creamy coconut custard, fresh whipped cream, toasted coconut with your choice of all butter pie crust or graham cracker crust.
BANOFFEE
House made dulce de leche, thin sliced banana, fresh whipped cream in a graham cracker crust.
MANGO
Alphonso mango custard, cardamon graham cracker crust. (Seasonal offering.)
PECAN
All butter flakey crust, toasted pecans, brown sugar custard, a hint of orange zest, topped with chocolate chunks. (Available in fall and winter seasons.)
PUMPKIN
Spiced pumpkin custard, fresh whipped cream with a gingersnap crust. (Available in Fall and Winter seasons).

SEASONAL FRUIT TART
Fresh local fruit, wild honey or vanilla bean pastry cream, shortbread crust.
FRANGIPANE TART
Seasonal fruit, almond custard in a shortbread crust. Options include Apricot pistachio, fresh fig, raspberry, and more.
FRUIT GALETTE
Seasonal fruit baked in an all butter whole grain pie crust. Options include: Apple cranberry, Peach, Almond & Plum, Apricot Pistachio, Fig & Goat Cheese, and more.
CARAMEL NUT TART
Crunchy, salty, gooey. Toasted mixed nuts and caramel in a buttery shortbread crust.
WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY TART
White chocolate and coconut custard, cranberry compote in a nut based tart shell (vegan & gluten free).
DANISH STYLE GALETTE
Fresh local fruit, cream cheese custard in a all butter pie crust. Options include: Maine blueberry, mixed berry, cherry, seasonal jam and more.

FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE TORTE
Rich Valrhona chocolate torte with a bittersweet chocolate ganache decorated with seasonal fruit and fresh flowers. Naturally gluten free. A customer favorite.
CRME FRAICHE PANNA COTTA
With wild flower honey and seasonal fruit.
NEW YORK STYLE CHEESECAKE
Rich, cream cheese forward custard with a classic house made graham cracker crust.
GRANDMA’S CHEESECAKE
Italian style ricotta cheesecake, graham crust. Seasonal fruit add on available.
